Free Books, Etc.: There are excellent free resources available on the back tables of the NPYM bookstore for use in your Meeting’s youth program, or for your family.  Saturday afternoon or evening would be time well spent for a quick look. If you are too busy on Saturday, be sure to make time Sunday a.m. before packing.

The back tables have free games, stickers, maps, posters, multicultural resources, Spanish-English resources, plus sharpened antique scissors and needles. The owner of these items is retiring and donating them for Friend's use. Take as much as you want.

More Parking Available: The university parking staff has confirmed that all parking lots on campus are open to parking after 5 PM on Friday. Overnight parking is OK with these exceptions: handicap spaces if no handicap hangtag, service vehicle spaces. Quick Stop and any space that says 24 hour towing enforced.

Transportation to airport or home this weekend: Need a ride to the airport this weekend? Can you offer a ride to the airport this weekend? By Saturday afternoon, please either fill out this online form, OR fill in the requested information on the paper sign-up sheet outside our plenary room OR call the AS Transportation phone # (503-334-4147) OR email Lyn at as_event-planner@npym.org. For any other transportation needs please contact Lyn. We don't want any Friends to be left behind!

First-Aid Coverage: Larry Leonard will be the medical person on call starting at 7:00 a.m. Sunday. Larry's number is (406) 581-8852.

Checking Out: To Check Out, please make sure you check your room (and bathroom, perhaps!) carefully for all belongings and leave linens in the room. THERE IS NO NEED TO RETURN YOUR ACCESS CARD or check out with the University. Please consider turning in your name tag holder, lanyards, and registration envelope to the labeled box (well, it's a repurposed grocery store basket) in the Jesse Hall lobby so we can reuse them in future years.
