Western Oregon University is offering several lodging choices:
- Single Occupancy - Each room has one bed. These rooms share a community bathroom on the same floor.
- Double Occupancy - Each room has two beds. These rooms share a community bathroom on the same floor.
- Tent/RV - There will be a field available for Friends who wish to camp in tents. And a parking lot with spaces for RVs. Both types of accommodation will have access to toilets (nearby the campsite) and showers (further away from the campsite.) Please note that there are NO RV hookups or dumping stations available on campus. (Closest RV dumping station location will be provided to Friends who register RV lodging choices.)
For Friends staying in dorms, NPYM offers several lodging communities:
- Families with Children
- Young Adult Friends
- Men Only
- Women Only
- All Genders (including Families without Children)
- Friends of Color
- LGBTQ+
- Junior Friends
Please note (particularly if selecting "All Women" or "All Men" lodging) that
NPYM has committed to the inclusion of Friends of all genders. This means that each Friend chooses for themselves the lodging community (and bathroom, etc) that they belong in, and we as a Yearly Meeting community work to support these choices.
Please also note that the "Friends of Color" lodging community is intended only for Friends of Color, and in some circumstances their family members.
Meals
During Registration, each attendee will specify which meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) they plan to eat in the Dining Center each day.
